Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AdsOps AI ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-assisted Google Ads management platform. Our service lets you connect your Google Ads account, run AI-powered audits, and approve or deny campaign changes — all from a single dashboard. Questions? Email us at privacy@adsops.ai.

2. What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
• Google Ads OAuth tokens — an access token and refresh token issued by Google when you connect your Ads account. These are stored encrypted and used solely to read your campaign data and apply changes you explicitly approve.
• Campaign data — campaign names, metrics (impressions, clicks, spend), and search terms fetched live from the Google Ads API when you run an audit. We do not maintain a permanent copy of your raw campaign data beyond the audit run itself.
• Billing data — payment is processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, but never your full card number or CVV.
• Usage data — logs of operations you approve, audit runs you trigger, and chat messages, used to display your usage history and enforce plan limits.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the AdsOps AI service — reading your campaigns, generating audit recommendations, and applying approved changes.
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
• To enforce plan limits and calculate billing.
• To improve the service — aggregate, anonymised usage patterns only. We do not sell your data.

4. Google Ads data

We access your Google Ads account using OAuth 2.0 with the minimum scope required (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). Your refresh token is stored encrypted at rest. We never share your Google Ads data with third parties. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account security settings or from the Connect page inside AdsOps AI.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie (via NextAuth.js) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Analytics, if any, are anonymised and aggregate only.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Audit history and operation logs are kept for 90 days on the Growth plan and 30 days on the Free plan. When you delete your account, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@adsops.ai and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12). OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. We apply the principle of least privilege throughout our infrastructure. No security system is perfect — if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to security@adsops.ai.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
