For test accounts you can use a test developer token. To run audits on real production accounts, you'll need Standard Access (the application takes 2-5 business days). AdsOps AI will tell you if your token is in test mode.

OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted in your database. Campaign data is fetched live from the Google Ads API when you run an audit — we don't store a copy of your campaign data beyond the audit run itself.
